Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy


Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

We process and ship all orders very quickly, so we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations after your order has been placed.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order: contact our customer service as soon as possible by email* at support@laviroo.com

We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.

*To speed up the processing of your request, please include "Cancel my order" in the subject line of your email, as well as your full name and order number in the body of the email.

Return and Refund Policy

If the order has been shipped, rest assured, you can make a return to receive a refund, subject to the rules below.

Our refund policy lasts 15 days.

If 15 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging. The delivery label on the package must also be present and intact.

For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the device has been used.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Digital books

To complete a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.

We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.

Shipping costs are only refundable if you withdraw before the package is sent.

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@laviroo.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded.Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@laviroo.com

Shipping

To return a product, you must contact us by email at: support@laviroo.com and we will inform you of the procedure as well as the address of our warehouse capable of receiving returned packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it. It is your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
